Single session, $125 per hour

5 sessions $500 – save 20%   

What it includes:

– Intense focus on improving specific aspects of one of the three disciplines

– To make a significant change, it will typically take 3-5 sessions, with plenty of homework in between

* Pool & Fitness Center fees, etc. will be extra

Program planning

$160 per month

What it includes:

– Personalized training program, incl. personal fitness assessment

– Weekly programs fitted to personal goals and scheduling constraints

– Email contact (24 hour response), and phone contact leading up to race day

– Regular training seminars, with a specialty focus depending on the season.

– Training Peaks Premium (up to a $19.95 value)

– 20% rebate on One-on-One sessions

At least 3 month commitment expected
